Is support included? How do I get technical help?Of course! Support is included with our accounting package. Your questions are typically answered within 2-3 business days of submission, and it’s as easy as sending an email to our accounting advisors.
How do I know who I will be working with? Will I work with the same person every time?You will not be working with the same person every month, however you will be assigned an accountant who has experience within your industry. Our OneSelfClub team is always standing by to answer any questions you might have! And you'll have consistent support from the same team month-to-month.

Do I need to link my bank and credit card accounts with the service?Yes, you'll be required to connect your bank and other financial logins to your OneSelfClub package. Your login credentials are not stored or shared. During the onboarding process, our accounting advisor will request you to grant us accountant access to all your bank accounts and credit cards. The accountant access is a read-only access.
What is the cancellation policy?OneSelfClub is a month-to-month subscription-based program which means there's no contract. You can cancel any time with no obligations.
How does OneSelfClub protect my financial data?Your financial data will be stored in our secured cloud servers and only our accounting advisor(s) will have access to it. Our staff goes through rigorous training and signs non-disclosures to keep your financial information safe and secure.
